ALAS Fire Partners with Automotive Giant Ford Otosan on Next-Generation Vehicle Project, Advancing Toward Global Automotive Standards

ALAS Fire, a leading innovator in automatic fire suppression systems under the ADC Group, has initiated a collaborative project with Ford Otosan, a major player in the global automotive industry. The partnership focuses on researching and developing advanced fire safety systems for the New Generation Vehicle Project, with the shared goal of advancing future automotive safety technologies.

Ford Otosan is a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and Koç Holding and operates Ford's largest commercial vehicle manufacturing base in Europe. The company serves as a major production hub for Ford Transit vans and commercial vehicles, while also developing electric vehicles and intelligent driving technologies for export to European and global markets.

The development of next-generation vehicles, including those powered by high-efficiency internal combustion engines and electric powertrains, requires compact, lightweight, and highly responsive automatic aerosol fire suppression systems. These systems must provide accurate fire detection and rapid suppression of flames in engine compartments or electrical systems, while minimizing residues that could damage sensitive electronic components.

ALAS Fire's selection to participate in Ford Otosan's next-generation vehicle development project represents an important recognition of its engineering capabilities and commitment to high industry standards, including quality control, manufacturing processes, and system performance.

This collaboration further strengthens FlamTec's confidence in the capabilities of ALAS Fire technology. By working closely with the system developer, FlamTec aims to bring internationally recognized automotive fire safety technologies to Thailand, building upon its expertise in vehicle fire protection engineering.
