ALAS FIRE Successfully Completes Installation of Automatic Fire Suppression Systems in 191 BMC Buses for Antalya Metropolitan Municipality
The installation project of ALAS FIRE Automatic Fire Suppression Systems in BMC passenger buses operated by Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, Türkiye, has been successfully completed, covering a total of 191 buses.

Vehicle fires pose significant risks to passenger safety and valuable assets. Enhancing fire safety standards to prevent potentially devastating incidents in public transportation is therefore a top priority.

Recognizing the importance of fire prevention, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality conducted a comprehensive evaluation of suitable technologies to address fire-related risks in its public transportation fleet. Following this assessment, the municipality selected ALAS FIRE's Automatic Fire Suppression System, developed in accordance with international standards and equipped with a precise heat detection and control system.

The technology is designed to detect abnormal heat conditions and automatically activate fire suppression at an early stage, helping prevent the spread of fire and minimize potential damage caused by engine compartment fires.
